The Dreamcast system is, in a word, awesome. Whether its Soul Calibur, Crazy Taxi or even Virtua Tennis you will instantly appreciate that the graphics and gameplay are even better than the arcade versions. It's amazing that such a small machine (it's about the size of your mousepad) can deliver such incredible performance. Chalk it up to superior engineering. In order to truly take advantage of Dreamcast's capabilities, we recommend outfitting the controller with a vibration pack and a Visual Memory Unit. Getting one or more extra controllers is also a good idea, since some of the best Dreamcast games support up to four players at once, and a keyboard is almost a must if you plan to use the Dreamcast for sending e-mail and accessing the Web a lot. The Nintendo Wii: - Does the Revolution Live Up to the Hype?

byjeremy1456 Aug 19, 2007

Pros Decent Library of Games, Fantastic List of Upcoming Titles, Unique Features, Innovative...
Cons Weaker Graphical Capabilities Than the Other Consoles, Many Bad Games
Recommended it? Yes

The word 'revolution' in itself is a very powerful term - something so massive in scale that it has the power to change the way we see something. This is why I was expecting big things from Nintendo when they codenamed their next console the 'Revolution' in it's early conception. You see, they... Read full review »

Nintendo has always tried to be an innovator with gaming in the console world. A lot of their stuff have been flops from the very beginning. Remember the robot that originally came with the system? Virtual boy was a cool idea but the market just wasn't ready for it yet. The glove (which could be... Read full review »

Ill-Fated but great system

Who can forget this sensation of a system? The ads were everywhere, on Television, in print, on billboards, and even in movie trailers. In fact, the system itself was the official sponsor of nearly every show and event on MTV from 1999 to about early 2001. These post-modern approaches to video game... Read full review »
