Pros My nose feels clean and clear after a treatment.
Cons Doesn't go up my nose properly. Stops. Runs back. Lid doesn't fit.

I received the NeilMed NasaFlo Neti Pot in the mail, about a year ago.  I believe I got it for free from a website that was offering it.

Pros Quick, handy, home remedy to help avoid a trip to the doctor.
Cons Expesnive & not well designed for heavy congestion.
Recommended it? No

I found this good for proactive use before heavy congestion sets in but not powerful enough for times when I can't breathe through my nose.  I know many friends who have used similar devices and complain about the same issue.  It is certainly better than paying a doctors bill & risking overuse of...
