Conjuring up memories of both Lord of the Flies and Harvest Moon, Konami's latest adventure game challenges players to think fast and fight for survival on a deserted island. Consider this scenario. Your father is a famous explorer and is taking you on an ocean voyage to celebrate your birthday. A wicked storm moves in and smashes your boat to pieces while you sleep. When you awake, you discover that you are all alone on a deserted island, with no food, no water and not another human being in sight to lend you a hand. Unless you want to end up as crab food, you have to find a way to survive. Thus your adventure begins. Using an overhead perspective similar to The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, Survival Kids forces players to explore the island and use its natural resources... Less

If you were marooned on an island with a Game Boy, a lifetime supply of batteries and just one game cartridge, what game would you choose? While there may be games that are more enjoyable than this, you couldn't select a more appropriate title than "Survival Kids."

Pros good graphics, Micro Machines-like controls and rather challenging
Cons Game gets boring and the top-down item hunting RPG premise is really dull
Recommended it? Yes

Game Boy has to be the one system where cheap developers go to make low-budgeted trash and release it under a popular liscense. But this game, even though it's got numerous flaws that prevent it from getting anything higher than a 3/5, is ages above the mentioned trash. I can;t recommend this game... Read full review »

Cons sometimes it can be a hassel going around collecting things.
Recommended it? Yes

Other then this i thought mickey racing was a great game. Its not one of... Read full review »
