Poor build quality

Pros: Bottom freezer, shelf layout, right-side door installation
Cons: Premium price for poor quality components; looks cheap.

Review: We purchased this Maytag unit to replace an old (20 years), leaky and power hungry one. The delivery/installation of the fridge was terrible and we've had five (5) service calls in under five (5) months.

Pros: Looks good Bells and whistles
Cons: Breaks too easily Company is always right customer service

Review: I bought this product because I believed it was high quality. I've had it for 18 months now and know better.

There is a part in the back at the top inside the Fridge. Basically it's a door that lets cooled air enter the refrigerator.
