OK Noise Cancelling Headphones - Good for the money spent.

Pros: inexpensive - and does reduce the noise... good sound.
Cons: clicking noise on the leftside. snug and tight.
The Bottom Line: for the $40 they are good... hopefully they won't click. 3 stars because of the price - it would have been 2 if they were more expensive.

Maxell's NC-II is the budget winner in Noise Canceling headphones.

Pros: Cheap, long battery life, decent audio quality, cancels a decent amount of noise.
Cons: Artificial bass level, minor complaints with N.C. quality.
The Bottom Line: If N.C. technology on a budget is what you're looking for, these headphones from Maxell are definitely worth a look.

Great headphones, but not comparable to high end models

Pros: Maxell's unit costs less and still are effective for those on a lower budget.
Cons: Lower quality noise reduction may not be as attractive to those seeking high end headphones.
The Bottom Line: I recommend this to anyone that would like less noise and more music. I also recommend it as a back up for a more expensive set.
