Excellent Quality!

Pros: Works like day one 4 years later.
Easy to clean.
Easy to fill water reservoir.
Cons: Standard espresso carafe does not fit.
A little pricey.
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this to everyone, because of the quality.  It also makes excellent beverages!
