Not So Good

Pros: Good-looking design, very comfortable. Audio on receiver end good.
Cons: My callers complain of difficulty understanding what I'm saying.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: I was planning to check out devices online instead of purchasing this universal headset, but the sales rep convinced me this was a great unit. However, I'm returning this device to the Verizon store.
