Pros: It is big, beautiful and powerful. You will find excuses to make more goodies.
Cons: Price.
The Bottom Line: Wonderful equipment you will use weekly in your kitchen! It'll make everyone jealous and you will instantly become a gourmet chef-or at least look like one!

Colossal KitchenAid Pro

Pros: Very versatile & absolutely wonderful for breads & cookies
Cons: Making pies & cakes with the whisk attachment is a little trickier
The Bottom Line: I'd definitely recommend this for anyone who does a lot of their own baking, but I don't know that I'd recommend it to start a baking business.
