Reliability

Pros: 5 channels. Lots of adjustment for crossover frequency and output level to fine-tune the sound.
Cons: Poor reliability under light use. Expensive.
The Bottom Line: Excellent sound but very unreliable. If you purchase, definitely buy an extended warranty.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: I had this amplifier professionally installed at a chain audio store (Tweeter). Correct wire sizes were used, correct fuses, polarity of the wiring etc.

One Amp Does It All

Pros: Can power an entire system Great punch and power
Cons: Ambient feature (when on) takes away from overall sound
The Bottom Line: If you are looking for one amp to power it all, the JL Audio 500/5 is a great choice.
