Horrible

Pros: it is pretty
Cons: - it will fail after just a few uses
- Hitachi will not support their products
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: I bought a Hitachi external drive and it failed after just a few uses.  The Customer Support told me that I was out of luck.  They offered no help to recover my data, no offer to replace the defective drive and no apology for their defective product.
