Pros: Great Fax. Great Copier. Great Printer.
Cons: IMHO: Inferior scanning software. Toner is very expensive.
The Bottom Line: If you want to scan documents, this is not the machine for you: poor scanning software. Great printer.

Pros: Clear concise instructions for basic printer and fax setup. Reasonable price for all-in-one laser.
Cons: HP's software, forget what it comes with and download the latest stuff from the web

Pros: Fast, quiet,reliable, pretty to look at, and did I state "reliable"?
Cons: None so far. The cartridge is high priced, but I do not buy it.
The Bottom Line: This is a great product for small offices. It handles all the combination jobs quickly and reliably.
