Avoid at all costs

Pros: Adequate printer, usable fax and copier for two months
Cons: Completely unusable as a scanner, overall a defective product, very poor customer service.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.

Pros: Inexpensive, fast, efficient, high quality printing.
Cons: None
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: After great service from previous HP printers, bought the 3390 a couple of months ago. No regrets. Recommend it without hesitation.
