Pros: Stylish, compact, with excellent quality even with minimal light. Auto-focus.
Cons: None. Per another comment elsewhere may even work on Mac.
The Bottom Line:

Excellent quality. Software install may not be needed. Works with online karaoke site. Apparently ready for MSN Messenger, AOL, etc.
