You Don't Always Get What You Pay For

Pros: External decoder for digital recordings.  FM recever.
Cons: Cannot perform adequately with basic computer that meet its specs.
The Bottom Line: Save your money.  Buy the Happuge WinTV PVR 850.  It will provide much more bang for the buck.
