This product is a LEAKER

Pros: It does dehumidify nicely.
Cons: Leaks, leaks, leaks. The user manual is a joke!
The Bottom Line: Get this unit only if you can put it directly over a sewer drain.

Review: The model number of the unit I purchased is HD456E. It has electronic controls which allow you to set the relative humidity you want to achieve from 40% to 70%. One thing the user manual doesn't tell you is that there is a continuous ON setting...

It works, no frills. Better options available.

Pros: Works, big bucket.
Cons: Cheaply made, controls too basic. Slow defrosting, too loud.

Review: This is a very basic unit. No frills. Minimal mechanical controls. Dial [off, 0-9, continuous] for how much to run, fan hi-low. Thats it.

Poorly Designed Bucket - First failed in 6 wks.

Pros: Looks good, has a great warranty, (however you pay to ship replacement) removes humidity well.
Cons: Impossible to remove bucket without spilling. VERY Loud. Failed after 50 days. Replacement DOA
The Bottom Line: Didn't last long, (2 months)... the design of the float and the noise level are horrible. 1st was Replacement DOA - second seems OK for now
