Buggy and Bad Customer Service

Pros: Nice feature set.
Cons: Not all of the features work.
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review: I received my unit to day and the volume control did not vary the 2 channel output when streaming music. I could hear the music. The problem was that the volume did not change. I called customer service and after a long hold asked what the problem...
