Pros: Pull out body and metal grill to protect cooling fins
Cons: Compressor is too loud
The Bottom Line: Friedrich X-star is too LOUD
This reviewer does not recommend this product.
Review:
I have a large old house with no central AC. I buy a least one new window air conditioner every year with only one criterion QUIET. I have bought at least 6 different brands of window AC units over the past four years.
