Quality Lacking - Disappointed

Pros: 21000 BTU cools my first floor quickly. Easy to use controls and remote.

Cons: My unit was of poor quality, noisy and stopped working. Would not recommend.

The Bottom Line: Not recommended. Compressor noisy. Broke and would not turn on within two weeks of usage. Had a difficult time to convince Friedrich Customer Service to authorize a replacement.
