Pros: Quiet, Extremely efficient, Totally destroys the documents,CDs, credit cards etc.

Cons: The cool down time(20 min)..needs a larger garbage basket.

This Will Eat Anything That You Feed It.

Pros: Well built and the store will stand behind this product.

Cons: Expensive and takes up space.

The Bottom Line: Trade your old model in for a new and more modern unit, you will not be unhappy.

Pros: A nice, heavy-duty, QUIET, cross-cut shredder. I expect it to last many years.

Cons: Cost; it will set you back around $200.
