Pros The vacuum cleaner has nice features and does a good job of vacuuming
Cons The vacuum was broken upon purchase, Horrible Customer Service is an understatement.

I received the vacuum as a Christmas gift and the first time I used the vacuum a small plastic piece near the spinning brush cracked. Pros Good suction on carpeted areas.  Lightweight.  Inexpensive.
Cons Almost no suction on bare floors.  Short cord.  Front-mounted exhaust blower...
Recommended it? No

This may be the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever used!  It DOES NOT work on bare floors.  Period.  I have a parakeet whose tiny feathers couldn't even be lifted off of a tile floor with this model!

Cons The back wheels should be at least 6 inches instead of 4 inches.

I have had them all, Eureka, Dirt Devil, and Hoover, and some have been better than others. While none have been terrible, up to now none have been amazing, until now.
