Don't buy this vacuum!!

Pros: The vacuum cleaner has nice features and does a good job of vacuuming
Cons: The vacuum was broken upon purchase, Horrible Customer Service is an understatement.
The Bottom Line: Don't buy the vacuum, the quality is unreliable.

Pros: no loss of suction, powerful suction, windtunnel technology, long cord and hose
Cons: costs alot
