Great capuccinos, and same insides as the die cast model at half the price

Pros: High pressure for foam, nice looking stainless steel exterior, simple to use, great price.
Cons: hard-to-see water level, not as pretty as die-cast model.
The Bottom Line: Same guts as the die cast model for half the price, better pressure than DeLonghi BAR 42, very nice looking stainless steel veneer.

You get what you pay for

Pros: Price; heats up quickly; good pressure for foam; looks nice.
Cons: Filter plugs frequently. Plastic collar lock cracks. Poor after-sales service, delayed replacement parts.
The Bottom Line: This is an OK entry machine. Next time I would spend the extra $100 and get a stainless system. Plastic parts did not cut it.
