Dirt Devil -- as cheap as the reputation suggests (updated 1/14/03)

Pros: HEPA filtration; swivel feature is nifty; works pretty darn well
Cons: Cheap construction; you just know it won't last for long
The Bottom Line: Kind of the Bic Lighter of vacuum cleaners -- cheap and disposable, but works well enough.
