Pros: Cheap Price! Can tune in unscrambled digital cable TV (QAM)
Cons: No aspect ratio button on the remote control. No hot key for hardware/software acceleration.
The Bottom Line: I'm satisfied with the quality for price paid.

Review: I purchased a Kworld VS-ATSC-315U to give it a try. Its currently the cheapest priced ATSC/QAM USB HDTV out.
