Pros Simply easy and good.
Cons No manual for extra software, not really one touch on hardware.
Recommended it? Yes

Background
I am sure people were born in the 60s, 70s or even 80s should know what VHS is and have VHS video tapes for the family video recordings.

Pros Easy to use, easy to install, not a lot to it.
Cons Only seems to work well with Windows XP and the Support isn't great.
Recommended it? Yes

I've had my VC500 for over a year now and I've been mostly satisfied until it came time to upgrade my computer.  But to start off, I'll give a general overview of this product and why it is so easy to use.
