The above reviews have it exactly right. Mine died after 13 days. The LCD just wouldn't turn on. They sent a second one and that's when I started researching Dell TV's. I'd thought that since I'd had excellent service and products from Dell Computers the TV's would be the same...boy was I wrong...

This t.v. is one of the best t.v.'s you can buy, it is very clear and very thin. The 3d is awesome and it is loud enough without having to buy surround sound.
