Pros Eco friendly, works well for my needs, good quality, not too expensive.
Cons Not Energy Star Compliant. Small hot air exhaust leak from a poor flimsy design.
Recommended it? Yes

I'd like to preface by stating the PAC A120E and the PAC A120EL are identical models. Tech support from the manufacturer told me: "The "L" designates this is a "Lowes" exclusive. Pros It cooled pretty well for 6 months.
Cons Broken. Must $pay$ for shipping as support network is not available.
Recommended it? No

TRY TO GET IT FIXED.
Just past the 12 month warranty, turned on the unit for first time this season and nothing but mild air.  Would not drop the temperature one degree in 2 hours.   At 13 months called support.  There is a warranty on the main parts but not on labor. ... Read full review »

It's been about 3 weeks since I bought this A/C and it's been pleasant experience so far. I am now able to sleep comfortably without leaving the windows open and listening to the blaring of traffic. We bought this air conditioner for our home since lately it has been extremly hot here in WA. I don't feel it did as well as an air conditioner should have done.
