DragonBall Z: Budokai 3 - I guess third time is the charm.

Pros: Cel-shaded graphics, DBZ feel in fights, characters, over the top specials and ultimate moves.
Cons: Not a real fighting game, limited moves, rehashed animations
The Bottom Line: Not for people who want a serious fighting game but a blast for those even remotely interested in DBZ!

Pros: the fighting engine has been over hauled and is better
Cons: collecting Dragon Balls no longer gives you the great prizes
