Cons Dated design, lack of weather sealing, heavy, and expensive.

Pros Fast focus gets even faster with focus limiter. Image stabilization, build quality.
Cons Zoom lock ring needs 2 hands to operate. Not razor sharp at 400mm. Expensive.
