Pros: Multi-function features with fax, copy, print. Great customer support line.
Cons: Size. Ink is not available in stores like Wal-Mart.
The Bottom Line: I would not recommend this product because of the ink only being available in specialty office supply stores. This is not convenient for people who live in rural areas.

Pros: Price, installation, ink notification, wireless network capability, corporate website ease of use, flatbed scan functionality
Cons: None to mention that would negatively influence my future purchase of Brother products
The Bottom Line: Bottom line, Brother has earned my business due to price, reliability and low cost ink replacement. It just makes good cents!!
