Pros Good smoke and taste, lightweight, compact size, large cooking area, sturdy racks.
Cons Not well constructed, plastic used at stress points instead of metal. cheap made cover

This smoker like some others have stated is not well constructed and in my opinion is overpriced. It does work somewhat well, lots of smoke from the smoke generator, but the bisquettes are expensive. I owned a Bradley for about 4 years, used it extensively to smoke ribs, chicken, fish, even salt, cheese.  Everyone raved about the food.  My problem had to do with the quality of construction.  Essentially the smoker box looks like a mini-fridge, except it has a stainless steel lining.  The hinges...
