Pros: Timer/temperature gauge makes it easy, large capacity, automated woodchip insertion
Cons: Not easily moved, inconsistent quality, expensive bisquettes required
The Bottom Line: Given the ease of using this and the control one has over temperature and smoke, I highly recommend it for novices or those who frequently smoke their food.
