Pros: Good coffee when it's working

Cons: Design flaws affect both functionality and reliability; poor customer support from manufacturer.

The Bottom Line: Not recommended. Too many design flaws and poor support from manufacturer.

Pros: Easy touch screen operation, frothing wand, dual spouts, sleek look, degrader notices are very helpful!

Cons: Expensive

The Bottom Line: This is one of the wonders of the coffee world assuring you a great cup each brew. It's a serious appliance. After 8 months, we are still completely satisfied.

Fabulous Machine - the most used appliance in the house

Pros: Fabulous coffee, minimum fuss, easy to clean

Cons: Cost if you don't drink a lot of coffee

The Bottom Line: This coffee machine is an excellent super-automatic. It is a splurge item and only worth it if you go to Starbucks at least once a day, everyday.
