Pros Easiest to use. the only true 'one touch' machine
Cons cleaning. it's easy but i wish a had someone to do it for me.

I tried the delonghi 'primadonna' and the jura z5 and the krups. and the saeco, without doubt, brews the best coffee. no question.The hottest coffee, the hottest creamiest milk, and the best crema. the delonghi's let downs were the coffee had much less body and the auto frothing milk unit can't... Pros A good crema and hot coffee
Cons Milk needs to be warmer.
Recommended it? No

We have just purchased one of these machine and found that the milk does not heat up to the required standard, making the coffee taste just warm.

I purchased the S-9 Avantgard 15 months ago from the Capresso dealer. The steamer malfunctioned right out of the box, it was really weak and inconsistant steaming. Pros Brews good coffee, expresso, etc, can immediately have hot water for tea, etc.
Cons Large footprint. New model more advanced, and you can buy it for  $1200 refurbished.
Recommended it? Yes

I wanted to review this because it looks like the other two reviews really slammed this machine! I'm not sure there are many of these machines still out there, since they have been updated since this model came out.
