Great Warranty - on our 3rd replacement in 5 months!

Pros: Every feature you could want beautiful design makes delicious coffee - customer service delightful.
 
Cons: Seems to have quality control problems with the electronics and water reservoir leaks.
The Bottom Line:

Would love for the third unit to perform as advertised. The first 3 failed soon after receipt.
Warranty support has been excellent - fortunately.
