Pros: picks up very well, easy to use, convenient
Cons: mop left bad streaks on laminate wood flooring
The Bottom Line: would recommend more for the vacuum and hope to work out a solution to the streaking problem. If there were no streaks, it would get 5 stars easily.

Effective steam cleaner, but a real pain to use...

Pros: Basically effective.
Cons: Heavy. Hard to manuever. Expensive solutions.

Clean Your Floor Without The Expense.

Pros: Works great on flat floors.
Cons: To hard to use on stairs.
The Bottom Line: You can do better without all of the attachments.
