Pros Rollers work, easy to use, heats water, easy to clean.
Cons suction and spray arn't as powerful as some canister units.
Recommended it? Yes

I got this out of anger. I was watching two other dogs as well as our new Labrador puppy (this one is a pure breed.) Pros Easy to manuver, seems to do a good job, removed a lot of cat hair.
Cons Left carpets pretty wet, used a lot of water, a bit hard to assemble

Cons Too much water on my carpet when it actually works.

I bought the Bissell ProHeat 2X for two reasons, the brand name and the fact that it offers heat.  After buying this machine (which is by no means cheap) I'm positive that I will never buy this brand again.
