Audiophiles Need Not Apply

Pros: Inexpensive, easy to use, charges USB devices, uses any FM frequency.

Cons: Static! Interference! Long wire runs for a wireless device.

The Bottom Line: Steer clear if you love music. Too much static. As a cheap transmitter for audiobooks, it might be an acceptable alternative. Decent USB car charger.

This reviewer does not recommend this product.

Review: The Griffin iTrip works. I'll give it that much credit. And, it goes without saying, for any wireless FM transmitter, that there are going to be some sacrifices in sound quality of the source.

Not the best choice if music quality is what you're after

Pros: Great customer service, adequate sound and performance, affordable

Cons: Does not charge without additional cord, difficulty finding radio station to transmit through

The Bottom Line: If you're an absolute snob about how your music sounds, then do NOT purchase this product. If you're okay with mediocrity, you'll enjoy the product. Like I do!

Review: I've been using the Griffin iTrip for over two years. I'm not pleased with it, however it does successfully broadcast my iPod through my car stereo speakers, so I'm not in a hurry to upgrade to a higher quality product.
