I bought the iphone because it is "idiot proof". Being of an older generation and not too tech savvy this phone was a breeze. I could operate it right out of the box and even though I had to do the initial activation from home it was easy. Just follow the screen directions.

My blackberry was getting a little long in the tooth, and I had never been pleased with the way Verizon charged extra if I wanted to use it to connect my computer to the internet. It was also getting incredibly slow, so I was ready for a change.
