Must Have For Photoshop Pros

Pros: Tons of features and extras for advanced or experienced users.
Cons: Difficult for new users to learn and understand all of the features.
The Bottom Line: If you love Photoshop and have experience this version is a must have but if you are just starting try an earlier version.

Photoshop is still A #1 in graphic design

Pros: smart filters, stable, many plug-ins, extensive help section, same photoshop performance
Cons: steep price, learning curve for new users
The Bottom Line: Anyone interested in graphic work and photography needs to add Photoshop CS3 to their collection.

CS4 rocks!

Pros: Much more intuitive interface, much easier to use.
Cons: Cost - as usual...
The Bottom Line: If you use Photoshop as part of your job workflow, I highly recommend getting CS4. And even if you just play, if you can afford it, buy it.
