Remember those small but powerful pocket-rockets of the early 90's? Fun cars but economic good times ruled them out. I can't help but wonder if the same thing will happen to the category in which the Acura RSX competes. Times are changing and somehow those wedge-shape coupes seem redundant in a market that craves Scions at one end and Chrysler 300 Hemis at the other. Less

Acura RSX-- What's all this hype-S about anyway?

by shoplmart , May 26, 2005
Pros: Engine, Seats, Appearance, 6-speed manual,
Cons: How about 50 more horsepower and a 9,000 RPM redline :p
The Bottom Line: The RSX is a refined sports coupe that is recommended to anyone looking for an affordable combination of luxury, style, and performance.

Review: When Acura introduced its 3rd generation Integra, I was not convinced that it was worthy of its high sticker price, especially in its performance trim levels. Cars like the Integra Type-R and the GSR were quick and very fun to drive, but only...

Top choice for coupe below 30 K - awesome interior, handling and rpm!

by karthiklax , Dec 12, 2004
Pros: 210hp short shift 6 spd. nice interior build w/good number of features on base
Cons: high insurance cost. Exterior has a CIVIC (traditional) look despite changes. Minor quirks in interior
The Bottom Line: Definitely well worth the money if a coupe below 30 K is your target. Excellent driver oriented interior, amazing handling and good (not great) exterior looks.

About me: I am a car enthusiast and wouldn't dream of buying a car other than a stick shift. Had a '99 Toyota Corolla stick...
