ICD-p520's memory is great, as is the price

The Bottom Line: This is an excellent digital voice recorder for most conditions. With 256 MB of memory, you can record at it highest level HQ all the time.
Review: I work as a reporter and use digital voice recorders in noisy conditions. Durability and clear and crisp voice recordings are critical for me. It's from that perspective my review is of the ICD-p520 is based.

Software link makes this device a winner.

The Bottom Line: Included software makes archived recordings as easy as possible. Super for business use, overkill for plain recordings. Sound is too poor for music.
Review: The ICD-P520 unit gets immediate good mention because it works right out of the box. Yes, batteries were included. The recorder is slim, light, and well-balanced. The second thing you do is turn off that beep sound.

Very useful for me as a language teacher

The Bottom Line: I will definitely keep using it and I would recommend it for language teachers anyhow!
Review: I use this device for my Dutch lessons, and it works very fine to record my memo phrases in high quality, in order to download the according files in MP3 (automatically done) on my PC.
