Pros: unit is easy to install, and is considered a whole house unit

Cons: the warranty is misleading, don't install it for peace of mind

Review: i purchased one of these from our local electrical distributor as we had a previous power surge which took out our computer. we had another power surge after it was installed, so sent it away for warranty. warranty was denied as surge was considered...
