Pros:
Advanced features such as VPN support and multiple SSIDs
Cons:
Reboots frequently; DDNS flawed; VPN is difficult to configure
The Bottom Line:
Wait for version two or a comprehensive firmware upgrade. Price is not worth the time you will waste configuring this router.

Author's Review
I purchased this router to replace my trusty WRT54G. I mainly purchased it to obtain the VPN support in order to be able to connect to work. This unit is not nearly as easy to use as the WRT54G which I had no problems configuring and ran like clockwork. I have experienced the following problems despite upgrading the firmware to the most current version available on the Linksys site:
* VPN support is not good. Our IT department has spent hours trying to get this router to consistently connect to a watchguard firewall and to maintain the connection.
* For some reason this router reboots frequently. Sweet mother of Jehosaphat, it reboots frequently. Sometimes it will reboot if you simply log into it. The rebooting problem is particulary bad if you enable DDNS services.
* The frequent reboots make wireless connections a hassle. Also, I have had great difficutly using the higher level encryption on the wireless clients. Using a long complex pre-shared key with WPA has proven a real challenge whereas my WRT54G accepted it with not problem. The WRV200 frequently loses its connnection with my laptop (Oddly enough I am using a Linksys WPC54G card to connect which connects to the WRT54G with ease).
* With regard to DDNS the firmware badly needs and update. DYNDNS.org cancelled my account for "abuse" becuase this router reported its IP address too often and reports its IP address even when the address has not changed.
I have spent 6 /- hours on the phone with Linksys support trying to solve these problems. I have replaced the router once and am still having these issues. While this router seems inexpensive the time an effort you will spend trying to make it work is not worth the savings. Unless Linksys can solve these problems quickly with a firmware update this router is an abysmal failure. I have been a loyal Linksys customer and own two WRT54Gs, a print server, a switch and a VoIP box all from this company. This experience with this product has severly harmed that loyalty.
