unreliable

I first received this product as a replacement for their pre-N1 router, which also failed. I have gone through three or four of these in about 9 months. The amount of time I spent waiting for help and waiting for the replacements should make these things practically free, but they think they are worth more than $100. This is crazy. They are made in China and break every couple of months. Buy something else. Yes, so far I keep getting replacements "for free," if you don't take into account my time or the cost of sending back their defective products. After the second replacement, I tried to get the shipping for free, but I could not wait the years to even talk to someone about it. Email was no use. I was happy with the pre- N1. It was probably just as fast, and it lasted over a year.
