Pros: Great features on the base unit. Uniden great at raising my hopes and dreams.

Cons: Handsets are unable to hold volume on incoming calls rendering them essentially useless.

The Bottom Line: Out of a total of 6 handsets I received -- FIVE had the same major defect which made them unuseable. Until Uniden honestly addresses this quality control issue, DON'T BUY

Cons: Very poor range, less than 50 feet; small buttons on handsets.

The Bottom Line: Buy it somewhere that has an easy refund policy so you can return it if you don't like it.
