Nice sound, stylish design

I bought this little boombox for my office.  I wanted some way to play background music and audiobooks while at work.  Here is what I have found on the unit

Style
Per everything Klipsch, the style on this is great.  The glossy black can show fingerprints if you are the type to always be touching it.  In the right light, the speaker ports show through so keep that in mind if it bothers you.

Power Cord
The DC in connection in back uses a 4 prong connector that leads to your standard power brick that you will have to hide.  I do like that the connector is L shaped and the strain is taken off the plug in the unit.  The power brick is 3x6x1 (about).  With both the 110V cord and the DC out cord you can stretch a long way to an outlet.

Operation
When you first turn the unit on the volume it preset to one level.  This kind of sucks because sometimes you don't want it blasting out right away.  If this were in a large room (my office is about 15 x 10) it probably wouldn't seem so loud.
The front of the panel has two buttons, one single, one rocker button.  The single button is for power and the rocker button is for volume.  Volume is pretty good but don't expect to rock a party room but you can enjoy your music at a good loud level.

Remote Control
It is your basic IR remote with thin film buttons. You have:
power
play/pause
volume up
volume down
track up
track down

There are different plates to adapt the various iPods out there and a little plug to connect a non-apple mp3 player via it's headphone out port.

An iPhone/iPod Touch will not charge on this system.  My nano charges just fine.

Pretty much it.  It works and does just what I need it to do.
