Maintenance and Operating Issues severely hurt product

About two months into my brief foray into the world of the Sony PC Notebook I began to experience some serious hardware issues. The product was surprisingly slow when I first bought it, and it's functioning issues continued to worsen as time went on. Not a reliable machine, especially for the amount of money one must pay. I found customer service to be extremely unhelpful, and after being deferred to several different tech guys that were supposed to help me out I realized my purchase was not a good idea. There was an issue with my memory cache and nothing was saving or connecting, it was extremely unfortunate and buggy and all the extra operating programs thrown on the stock purchase made it even slower than necessary. I would have to say that it looks slick, but I would not recommend this product. It had potential, but failed in actually following through. I will say that it is a very lightweight computer which is nice. I expect more out of a machine rocking the Intel core 2 Duo and all the multitasking I thought I could do with it, which instead seemed to slow it down beyond possibility. I guess its lightweight nature would make it an excellent Frisbee.
