Worn Keys

After using my Saitek Eclipse keyboard for 6 weeks the letters are worn from the keys. It was used at home by only two people neither of which are gamers. No owners manual came with the keyboard so you have to down load it from their website. Took over two weeks for them to respond to an email about the problem. There isn't a toll free phone number for customer service.
