Microsoft Natural Ergonomic 4000 Keyboard (B2M00012)

Natural Ergonomic Keyboards/Split keyboards are a must for me and I have used them for years. I purchased this keyboard because of the variety of function key and shortcut features. I am disabled and can't spend a lot of extended time on the computer, so I didn't find out until my 14 day return period had passed that some of the keyboard features did not work.

The most glaring and obvious is none of the function keys worked, not the basic function keys nor the additional features associated with the keys. I could go without the added features, but the basic function keys are a must. There was an update for this product from Microsoft, but the update did nothing to fix the coding problem related to the function keys.

If you're planning on using the keyboard for the language functions, you may want to consider purchasing a keyboard in the particular language you need. The keyboard language and support options are not user friendly.
